Due to incidences of fraud, the shipping address must be the same as the billing address. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address other than the billing address, please leave your phone number and a note in the comment box with your order and our sales staff will contact you for further verification before shipping your order

Shipping Time and Schedule

The shipping time varies depending on your shipping destination. Please note that Business Days excludes weekends and holidays.

It can take up to 72 hours before your order is shipped out. This is to allow our staff to verify the information for the order information is correct and confirmed. Once your order has been verified and confirmed, the order will be sent to our packaging and shipping department and shipped to you. We will issue you a tracking number that allows you to track your order. Please note it is important that you include your correct contact information and phone number.

If you are located in the U.S., your package will be shipped by your local post office, the United States Postal Service (USPS) registered. If you reside in any other country, your package will be delivered by your local post office. You will be required to sign for the package.

All products shipped within the USA take 5-10 business days to arrive. International orders are shipped via International EMS Express which can take 7-14 business days to arrive depending on where you live.

Shipping Restrictions

Western Union orders are not shipped until AFTER your money transfer has been verified and picked up (which usually happens same-day your funds are recieved). Email us for Western Union Instructions.

Credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address listed on the credit card unless you can meet special requirements to prove your identification and ownership of the credit card. Contact Us for details.
